TOWIE's Elliot Wright and Chloe Sims Split

They seemed to be moving fast, but it was only last week we reported how happy Elliot Wright and Chloe Sims were together. However, behind the smiles the couple were said to be squabbling, especially over Mario Falcone who recently returned to the television series and was on The Only Way Is Ibiza this week. In the first episode of the Ibiza special we saw Mario trying to rekindle a friendship with Chloe, something Elliot did not want and resulted in the couple arguing.

A source spoke to The Sun on Sunday and said 'They're both cut up about it. They'd introduced their kids to one another and had moved in together to make it work. It's not one person's decision over the other, but they have decided to take some time apart.'

Only a month ago Elliot was speaking to the MailOnline where he said, 'We're very happy. I know people say about the TOWIE curse but I don't see that happening. Not for us anyway.'

He continued, 'I think the good thing about me and Chloe is we do work together, we both live together, we've both got kids and I think it just shows that we're quite happy at the moment and it means it's a solid relationship.'

Chloe has a history with Mario Falcone, who ended up hurting her by rejecting a relationship with the reality star. However, since Chloe moved on and spent less time with Mario he now realises that he misses Chloe's friendship and has been trying to become a friend to her again, which has inevitable caused the split between her and Elliot.
