Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby's Amazing Weight Loss

Charlotte Crosby has spent the last few months working hard to get her body where she wants it to be.

Going from a more voluptuous size, Charlotte has slimmed right down, with the help of her personal trainer and a healthy eating plan, and is now modelling her new In Style UK clothing collection, and looking pretty amazing.

Being a cast member on Geordie Shore means you are in full view of temptations, with the alcohol free and flowing, and the lure of a kebab shop after a hard night of partying, there's no wonder Charlotte has gained a few pounds, as did some of her fellow housemates, who have also undergone amazing weight loss transformations.


Charlotte has recently released a new clothing line with In The Style called Nostalgia, and you can shop the collection now. When talking about her collection Charlotte says, 'I'd like to say it's the best range that's actually out there. It actually beats everyone else's hands down. You can have so much more fun in my clothes. You think you can wear something in Kim Kardashian's range and go out for a meal and eat a load of carbs and feel bloated afterwards? No!'

She continues by saying her dresses are flattering for all shapes and sizes, 'Wear one of my dresses, go out for a meal and think, "God, I don't even need to change. I still look great because you can't see my bloat."'

Charlotte revealed she has gone from a size 14, to a size 8, which means she has lost 2 stone 7lbs in just THREE MONTHS on her new diet, which is strangely called the  'three tin diet.' However, it's not Charlotte who has revealed the diet tips, but fellow housemate and weight loss wonder Vicky Pattison, who recently said how Charlotte 'has this thing called the "three tin diet." 'She basically thinks you should eat three tins a day and that's it. So you could have a tin of beans for your breakfast, tin of tuna for your dinner and a tin of pears for your tea.'

Whilst this diet may be true, Charlotte is also doing a very demanding workout with her personal trainer and has been given healthy diet advice from Vicky which we're sure she is following.
