Real Housewives of Orange County: Tamra Judge wins Custody Battle with ex Simon Barney

This was one messy divorce, and finally Tamra Judge can sigh a breathe of relief as she has FINALLY beaten Simon Barney at his nasty custody battle, where he claimed Tamra had neglected their children.

Simon wanted full custody of his children, allowing Tamra visitation, but making her pay for all legal fees involved in the case. However, the court psychologists did not agree with some of Simon's statements, (including that their eldest daughter wanted nothing to do with Tamra!), leading to Simon losing the case.

There was a lack of evidence towards Simon's claims, and therefore Tamra was not found guilty of neglect or any other claims made by Barney.

Tamra happily announced on Twitter, 'I won!!!!!!' “He lost due to No evidence. #liarpants” Tamra continued, “It’s a joke.” Simon is “just lying to see what sticks on the wall.”
