Vanderpump Rules is set at Lisa Vanderpump's top restaurant called SUR in a prime spot in West Hollywood. The staff at SUR are all young, hot and full of drama, and Lisa has to keep everyone in check and remind them that they are there to work and not just play. If you like The Real Housewives series, you are going to LOVE Vanderpump Rules!
The first and most recognisable cast members is the Queen Bee herself, and also current Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.
Lisa is the boss at SUR restaurant, and she means business! Whilst she can be a soft touch, and lets some people off with way too much (Stassi!), Lisa seems to know exactly what is going on both at work and in her staffs personal lives, even if they don't realise it.
Stassi Schroeder moved to Hollywood to pursue a career in fashion, but has spent three years at SUR whilst modeling and blogging about the fashion scene on the side. Stassi gets away with a lot at SUR, after all she is good friends with the boss' daughter, and she's also extremely opinionated and enjoys being the leader in her clique. Stassi doesn't like anyone to take the shine off her, and is definitely an alpha female, with strong words and a biting tongue.
Jax Taylor - He's hot, he's young, and he can make you a cocktail! What's not to love? Jax is currently seeing Stassi, and is completely under her thumb! Whilst Jax might sound like the perfect boyfriend, he's also a model that gets a lot of attention from other ladies, and he's confessed that he never wants to grow up, nor does he want to make any commitment to Stassi.
Scheana Marie may seem like a familiar face to you. This pretty brunette has actually appeared briefly in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, as she was once confronted by Brandi Glanville, because she was the mistress who was hooking up with Brandi's hubby (Eddie Cibrian) while Brandi was pregnant! Ouch!
Scheana causes quite a stir in the series, as she is new to SUR and the bar staff don't take too kindly to new employees...especially when they try to step into Stassi's shoes!
Kristen Doute is the longest serving employee, working at SUR for the last 5 years, although you'd think that would be a good thing but she's not exactly in Lisa's good books. Kristen wants to become a famous actress and claims she only works at SUR because she has to fund her lifestyle in Los Angeles. She lives with her boyfriend Tom, and there is always drama between the pair.
Tom Sandoval is also an actor, musician and model who lives with his girlfriend Kristen and works as a bartender in SUR. Tom is quite a laid back guy, but is finding that mixing his work with his personal life can have some negative effects.
Katie Maloney is a fashion blogger and works at SUR to fund her way through her lifestyle in LA. Katie is the nice girl in the show, and people tend to take advantage of her a little, something which she doesn't want to stand for much longer!
